Managing Consent
How Consent Is Obtained
On the user's first visit to this Site, a Cookie consent banner is displayed at the bottom of the screen. The user may finalize the consent state regarding the use of Cookies by making one of the following selections.

Retention of Consent Records
Contents of the Cookie Consent Log
In order to fulfill the Company's accountability obligations under applicable laws, the Company retains the Cookie Consent Log. The Cookie Consent Log includes the following information.
- Consent ID (a randomly generated identifier)
- Date and time of consent, change, or withdrawal
- Consent state for each category
- Banner version
- Hashed IP address
- Browser information (User-Agent)
- Language setting
Retention Period of the Cookie Consent Log
The Cookie Consent Log is retained for 5 years from the time consent is obtained, and is deleted upon expiration of the retention period.
Separately from the above, in order to enable recovery from system failures or data corruption, backups are retained for a maximum of 3 months. Backups are also deleted upon expiration of the retention period.
Storage Location of the Cookie Consent Log
The Cookie Consent Log is stored on servers located in Japan.
Changes to This Policy
The Company may revise this Policy due to changes in the use of Cookies, amendments to applicable laws, or other circumstances.
When revisions are made to this Policy, the Company will notify users of the effective date and content of the revised Policy through methods determined by the Company. If material changes are made, the Company may request that users provide consent again.
