Products of GAZIRU, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) contain cryptographic functionality and may be subject to export control regulations under Japanese law (Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act). Our products meet the requirements for commercially available cryptographic programs as described below.
Notice Regarding Commercially Available Cryptographic Programs
- Our products are available for purchase without any restrictions and are sold from dealer inventory through in-store, mail, or web orders.
- The cryptographic functionality used in our products and software cannot be modified by the customer.
- These products are designed so that customers do not require technical support from the Company when using the cryptographic functionality.
